Delivery

Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery. If your order is urgent, please contact Kelley (+64 21 589 392) to discuss delivery/collection options.

Your glorious mud purchase will be sent through NZ Couriers and NZ Post.

Your purchase will be packaged with love and care. However, if your item(s) arrive damaged, please ensure you make contact within two days.

NB: Purchases made on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please check your Junk mail folder if you are still waiting to receive it, or email contact@gloriousmud.nz

Allow a couple of extra working days when ordering more oversized items or shipping to a rural address.

- Auckland City Delivery* - $10 [allow 2 working days]
- Outside of Auckland + Rural Delivery - $16 [allow 2-3 working days]

Inter-Island
South Island & Waiheke Island Delivery - $24 [allow 2-4 working days]
